United Uniforms / Sew Shore is excited to announce a change to our hours of operation that we believe will better serve our customers and strengthen our team.
Starting August 11th, 2025 our new schedule will be:
Monday – Thursday: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Fridays: Closed to the public (Administrative Day)
Fridays will now serve as a dedicated day for administrative work, staff development, deliveries, and community involvement. While our retail store will be closed to walk-in traffic, we are still available by appointment for any client needs.
This change is the result of two important insights:
- Customer Demand: For years, clients have requested earlier and later hours during the week. We’re finally able to meet that request.
- Business Patterns: Fridays have consistently been our slowest day, particularly because many of our healthcare practice clients are also closed. This shift allows us to concentrate our resources more effectively during peak days.
By concentrating operations Monday through Thursday, we can:
- Increase team efficiency and output
- Improve response times and customer service
- Offer earlier openings and later closings
- Boost staff morale with a more balanced workweek
