Embroidery – Though we can complete jobs within 3 business days, our standard turnaround time is 7-10 business days. Rush options are available for an extra fee.

Screen Printing – Screen Printing is a firm 7-10 business days. Alternative print options are available if needed sooner.

Dye Sublimation & Direct to Film Printing – Though we can complete a job within 24 hours, our standard turnaround time is 3-5 business days.

Alterations – 3 to 5 business days. Multi layered dresses, ball gowns, jackets, and bulk orders could be 7-10 business days contingent on workload.

Promotional Products – Typical 10 business days (plus shipping lead time)

Apparel that has not been purchased through us is called “Customer Supplied Product” or CSP.

Embroidery – Yes, we’ll accept CSP for embroidery projects. Each piece will incur a $3 surcharge and any contract prices will be null & void for CSP. Volume discounts are still in place for embroidery charges. Client must acknowledge our liability waiver for CSP items prior to production.

Screen Printing – No, we do not accept CSP for screen printing jobs.

Dye Sublimation – No, we do not accept CSP for dye sub jobs.

Direct to Film – No, we do not accept CSP for DTF jobs.

CUSTOMER SUPPLIED PRODUCT LIABILITY WAIVER United Uniforms, at its discretion, will embroider customer supplied products, (*CSP). However, we do not encourage it. The customer assumes all liability for any items that they supply to our business locations. United Uniforms will not be held liable for customer supplied products and will not replace customer-supplied products. All embellishments to customer supplied goods will incur a $3 CSP charge and contract embroidery prices are null and void. Items will be priced according to our standard pricelist. United Uniforms reserves the right to decline any customer supplied apparel.United Uniforms will not replace any CSP*We will not replace damaged items*We will not replace items embellished incorrectlyIf a significant error is made on our end, we will not charge you the embroideryfee for that item, however, we will not replace the CSP. We provide high-quality embroidery on our state-of-the-art Barudan embroidery machines. We offer traditional embroidery, as well as 3D puff embroidery, chain-link embroidery, and our newest “braided” embroidery style.

We have the ability to embroider hats, shirts, polos, jackets, blankets, canvas, handbags, removable golf pocket covers, and a variety of textiles.

We cannot embroider golf club bags that do not have a removable ball pocket. The bags simply do not fit on our machines. If a golf bag has embroidery on an unremovable pocket, the embroidery was done in pre-production for the manufacturing of that bag.

Embroidery prices are contingent on two factors:

1. Stitch Count Digitized logos are programmed files for the placement of each and every stitch and color change within your logo. When your logo is digitized, the completed file will have the exact stitch count required to embroider your logo. This essentially translates to run time on our machines. Our staff should be able to provide you an estimate for your stitch count, ultimately, it’s unknown until your final digitized file is complete. We provide 3 price breaks based on stitch count (less than 7k, 7-10k, over 10k). This is the first part of factoring your embroidery price.
2. Quantity of Pieces We provide price breaks for volume. Our price breaks are for 1pc, 2pcs, 3pcs, 4-11pcs, 12-23pcs, 24-59pcs, 60-143pcs, 144+ pcs.

We must know your approximate stitch count and the total quantity of pieces you intend to have embroidered (in one run) in order to provide you an accurate price. It’s the difference between $6 or $25 embroidery.  There are too many variables without this information.

We provide high-quality screen printing, dye sublimation printing, and direct-to-film printing.

Screen Printed Shirts require a 36pcs minimum. Sizes, styles, apparel colors can be mixed and matched but the printed design and ink colors must be the same for each order.

Dye Sublimation Printing has no minimum requirements and no setup fees. “Dye Sub” is the most detailed print we offer. However, light-colored 100% polyester shirts are a requirement for this type of print.

Direct to Film Printing has no minimum requirements and no setup fees. “DTF” prints can be on light or dark colored cotton, blended, or 100% polyester apparel. 

Printing prices are contingent on several factors:

• Quantity The total quantity of shirts to be printed are a price factor. For screen printing we have price breaks at 36pcs, 72pcs, 144pcs, 288+pcs. If you do not need 36pcs, you would be guided to Dye Sublimation or Direct to Film printed tees. These require no minimums but are priced very differently.
• Print Locations We will need to know how many locations will be printed on your shirt (ie Left Chest, Right Chest, Full Front, Full Back, Left Sleeve, Right Sleeve). These are all variables and factors in your shirt price.
• Ink Colors We will need to know how many colors are in your print for each location. If your shirt color is darker than the ink, a white backup ink will be required. We will need to determine how many colors will be used for each printed location.
• Setup Fees A screen setup is required for each color and each location you’d like to have printed. 4 Color process prints and simulated process prints have higher screen charges and minimum requirements.
• Apparel Style Your shirt selection factors into your price. Designer brands cost more than generic brands, dark tees require an extra layer of white ink before your logo is printed, Tri-blend shirts require extra flashes, sweatshirts and outerwear have higher print fees. We also provide discounts on apparel based on the quantity of items being ordered.

We will need to see your artwork, know your layout concept, and which shirt style you’d like to order before we can begin to provide pricing for various quantity breaks. There are too many variable to answer this question without a starting point.

Embroidery – Digitizing fees are typically $50 for standard size embroidery logos. Stitch intensive logos will run $75 – $100 contingent on size and final stitch count. This is a one time setup fee unless the logo design changes. Color changes will not require a new setup fee.

Screen Printing – Screen Charges are $25 per color / per location. If your shirt color is darker than your ink color, a backup white screen will be required as well. When the job is complete, we clean out and reclaim the screens for the next job. This is a recurring setup fee for reorders.

Dye Sublimation – No Setup fees for “camera ready art” or provided vector graphics. If files are not sized / designed for final print size, our graphic design services may be required.

Direct-to-Film – No Setup fees for “camera ready art” or provided vector graphics. If files are not sized / designed for final print size, our graphic design services may be required.

Promotional Products – There are typically setup fees associated with promotional product orders. However, setup fees vary by product / vendor. The majority of these setup fees start at $50 with reduced rate setup charges for reorders.

Graphic Design – Our graphic design fees are $75 per hour. If you are not supplying vector artwork, a redraw may be required for screen printing and promotional product orders. We will provide you with source vector files if you are charged for these services.

Yes, we do have the option to ship to your home or office for a fee. Please consider the following prior to requesting shipping.

• We do not charge shipping for the majority of the apparel items that are shipped to our store. You can pick up your order free of charge from our retail store or from our North Naples pickup location.
• We are unable to drop ship the majority of our apparel items due to contract agreements. They must be shipped to our store before we can ship to you. In the event that we are able to drop ship directly to you, you will be charged the vendor’s shipping fee prior to shipment.
• We will only ship via UPS. We recommend UPS Ground as the most affordable option. UPS Ground will typically arrive in 1 business day to the south Florida region once we receive the product and ship it out. UPS Air options are available should you need to expedite your shipment outside of Florida. You will be charged prior to shipping.
• You may use your own UPS or FEDEX account. You will need to provide us with the shipping label to affix to your package. Once the order has been picked up by the courier, United Uniforms / Sew Shore is no longer liable for the order should it get lost or damaged.
