Terms and Conditions for Sew Shore Screen Printing Services

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Sew Shore’s screen printing services. By placing an order or utilizing any Sew Shore service, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Acceptance of Orders
Sew Shore accepts orders subject to the availability of materials and staff. We reserve the right to refuse any order.
2. Order Confirmation and Payment
Upon placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email outlining the details of your order, including pricing, turnaround time, and payment terms. Payment is due upon order confirmation unless otherwise specified.
3. Design Approval
If your order includes custom designs, you are responsible for providing the final approved design files. Sew Shore is not responsible for errors in designs provided by the customer.
4. Proofing and Revisions
Sew Shore will provide proofs for your review. You have the opportunity to request revisions within a specified timeframe. Additional revisions may incur additional charges.
5. Turnaround Time
Turnaround times are estimates and may vary depending on the complexity of the order and current workload. Sew Shore will notify you of any delays.
6. Liability
Sew Shore is not liable for any damages, direct or indirect, arising from the use of our services. This includes, but is not limited to, lost profits, business interruption, or any other consequential damages.
7. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida.
8. Changes to Terms
Sew Shore reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website.
